Her philosophy was simple and clear,
high quality raw materials which was working with love and passion for a perfect result. Fresh vegetables from her garden, meat from local farmers, fresh fish from local fishermen and extra virgin olive oil.
Today, my biggest dream is to create an upscale restaurant that will bring creative
cretan gastronomy closer to the world, with due respect seasonality, quality and locality of materials and the high quality service that characterizes us.
